Miami MD is a clinical skincare brand formulated by leading dermatologists and designed to deliver visible, age-defying results without invasive procedures. As the Designer, I created the direct-response ecosystem for their hero product launch — designing a high-converting landing page, email campaigns, and display banner ads that showcased the brand’s clinical credibility while driving customer acquisition and sales.

The Challenge

While the product delivered proven results, the initial concept lacked a cohesive digital journey to communicate its benefits clearly. The challenge was to create a streamlined funnel—from ads to landing page to email—that communicated clinical effectiveness while maintaining a refined, high-end aesthetic. The experience needed to feel premium and trustworthy, not overwhelming or salesy, in order to convert new customers.

Turning Science + Skincare Into a High-Converting Landing Experience

For Miami MD, I partnered with the owner of Brand Bolt to support the launch of their newest skincare product, the Age Defying Lift & Firm Cream. The request was simple but strategic: create a direct-response landing page that could convert cold traffic into buyers. My role was to concept, design, and write the layout using performance-driven marketing principles paired with a clean, modern aesthetic.

Instead of leaning into hype-driven messaging common in direct response, I focused on clarity and credibility. The layout highlighted the product’s clinical benefits, key ingredients, and visible results while using clean typography, white space, and emotional storytelling to guide users down the page and build trust quickly.

Welcome Series

One of my first initiatives for Miami MD was creating their Welcome Series, the brand’s first automated email flow designed to introduce new customers and drive repeat purchases. I concepted, designed, and proposed a three-email sequence that welcomed customers to the brand, reinforced credibility through education and social proof, and encouraged a follow-up purchase with personalized product recommendations and an incentive offer. This flow was prioritized and launched quickly, establishing an immediate revenue-generating lifecycle touchpoint.

Dark Spot Corrector Series

For the launch of Miami MD’s Dark Spot Corrector, I led the strategy, creative direction, and design for a three-email sequence that moved customers from anticipation to conversion. The series built hype around the benefits, revealed the product through an emotional customer story with dermatologist credibility, and closed by highlighting key ingredients and results. I owned the full creative execution, ensuring the launch remained consistent with the brand and other Miami MD marketing touchpoints.

Rapid Revive Series

For Miami MD’s Rapid Revive launch, I led the strategy, design, and execution of a four-email sequence. Since it was a lower-priced product that required more education, we used a direct-response, long-form email approach. I kept the creative simple and clean, allowing the copy and value story to guide users toward conversion.
