Rewards Network worked with a diverse roster of loyalty brand partners, each with distinct brand standards, approval processes, and customer expectations. The challenge was to design an email system that could scale efficiently across dozens of partners without sacrificing brand authenticity or visual quality.

The Challenge

Some partners required strict adherence to detailed brand guidelines, while others allowed for greater flexibility in layout and expression. At the same time, emails needed to support multiple use cases — including retention campaigns and ongoing lifecycle flows — all while maintaining a consistent underlying structure that could be easily adapted, approved, and deployed. The solution had to balance speed, flexibility, and brand integrity across a constantly evolving partner ecosystem.
