Rewards Network partners with a diverse portfolio of loyalty brands, each with distinct visual standards, approval processes, and member expectations. I led the design of a scalable email communication system that could adapt across dozens of partners while maintaining structural consistency, brand integrity, and operational efficiency.
The Challenge
Each partner operated under unique brand guidelines and approval workflows, creating complexity in design execution and deployment. Emails needed to support multiple use cases, including retention campaigns, rewards updates, and ongoing lifecycle flows, while remaining visually aligned with individual brand identities.
The challenge was to create a unified underlying email architecture that balanced flexibility with standardization, enabling faster approvals, consistent user experience, and scalable execution across a constantly evolving partner ecosystem.
