I am a cross-functional Designer and Strategist with an extensive background in digital marketing, strategy execution and creative direction. Throughout my career, I’ve honed in on my passionate drive and forward-thinking attitude to offer effective, integrated solutions, while working with national brands that include Equinox Fitness, Hilton Worldwide, American Airlines, and Playboy. After living in Chicago for nearly a decade, I chose to make an ambitious move in Fall of 2015; Sunny San Diego, a new city I now call home. With a year round average of 70°F, I now spend my time enjoying what this amazing city has to offer, all while working on the creative projects I'm truly passionate about.

EQUINOX FITNESS CLUBS

April 2011 – March 2014

As a Designer, I revamped the Equinox screensaver–communicates new company rollouts and promotions, newsworthy events and trends, employee awards, and essential training tools–displayed at all 60+ Equinox clubs and viewed by 5,000+ employees. I worked remotely with the corporate Operations + Training team and Q Blog's Editorial Director; streamlining the visual communications between C-level and field level.

As a Social Media Strategist, I spearheaded Chicago’s social media initiative–created an online engaged community of Facebook followers, encouraged Equinox members to participate in online discussions and evoked brand awareness to prospective non-members. I partnered with the Digital Marketing team, Chicago Marketing Manager and Chicago’s club managers, and implemented Facebook rollouts with PowerPoint presentations, strategy analysis, and visual mockups. By driving social media engagement, I also drove brand awareness direction.

As a Front Desk Manager, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members, handling all situations regarding any member concerns and directing inquiries to specific departments to ensure all needs were met. Responsibilities also included on-boarding new-hires, coaching team on job performances and communicating new promotional rollouts for the Front Desk team.
